Medha Batra is a demi-couture label known for its playful, chic, and feminine design language, with a store at The Dhanmill in New Delhi. For their Festive Flora collection, part of Festive Pret 2025, I worked on print engineering, taking an existing print and placing it precisely within each garment's pattern pieces.
My role was to translate the print into something technically production-ready, working out placement, scale, and flow across each silhouette so the artwork sits with intention on the finished piece rather than repeating arbitrarily. This is the difference between a print that simply covers fabric and one that's engineered to move with the garment's construction, seams, darts, and panel lines all considered.
The collection launched as part of Medha Batra's Festive Pret 2025 line, sold both online and at their New Delhi store.
